Mindfulness Coaching

Bring mindful awareness to your daily life through one-on-one sessions and a customized program.

Practitioners from anywhere in the world, at any skill level, can join and take their daily sit together via Zoom. After a brief introduction, the guided meditation will take 20 minutes.

Live Guided Sit (COMING SOON!!!)

Take your daily sit with others during a 20 minute live, guided meditation via Zoom. All levels of experience welcome.

Join other mindfulness practitioners from anywhere in the world, at any skill level, to explore struggles, successes, techniques, and other elements of mindfulness. Classes are grounded in a weekly theme (changes on Sundays) and include group discussion, meditation, and a short talk. Modeled after the traditional Sangha, the purpose is to deepen your personal practice through the receiving and giving of support from and to others. Classes are led by certified mindfulness teacher Jaime Campbell.

Group Mindfulness Class (COMING SOON!!!)

Weekly themes unify a group discussion, meditation, and short talk about mindfulness. Meets via Zoom--all levels of experience welcome.
