Free and Low-Cost Therapy
I am excited to offer individual, couple, and family therapy sessions as a marriage and family therapist trainee through Daybreak's Child, Couple, and Family Therapy Center. I work under the supervision of licensed therapist and Assistant Clinical Director Dr. Nichole Hydaryacil, PsyD.
My approach is rooted in my experience as a trauma-informed educator, guiding students to discover their abilities and identities as writers and critical thinkers for over fifteen years. I take a similarly empathetic and supportive stance as I help clients with their mental health concerns.
